Affiliate program policy

1. AFFILIATE PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS
   1. The Affiliate Program is aimed to encourage Users to promote IDENTORY by accruing bonuses for attracting new IDENTORY Users using personal promo codes.
   2. Any person may participate in the Affiliate Program, as long as they are IDENTORY Users.
   3. Only a IDENTORY User who advertises on IDENTORY independently without the assistance of a third party may become a referral promo code holder. A user becomes a referral promo code owner after generating a personal promo code in IDENTORY app. One IDENTORY User may only receive one referral promo code.
   4. Each Affiliate Program Participant confirms that he/she is familiar with these rules, unconditionally and unconditionally accepts their terms, and guarantees that he/she will comply with them for the entire duration of the Affiliate Program.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM ORGANIZER
   1. The Organizer of the Affiliate Program has the right:
      1. At its discretion and without explaining reasons to the Participants and without entering into correspondence with them, invalidate any actions of the Participants of the Affiliate Program, and also prohibit further participation in the Affiliate Program to any person about whom the Organizer has a reasonable suspicion that he/she falsifies data or benefits from any falsification of data required for participation in the Affiliate Program, behaves improperly about other Participants of the Affiliate Program, the Organizer of the Affiliate Program.
      2. The Organizer reserves the right not to conduct written negotiations or any other contacts with the Participants, except for the cases provided by these Rules and in case of disputable situations.
      3. At its discretion, unilaterally terminate, modify, or suspend the Affiliate Program if for any reason the Affiliate Program cannot be conducted as planned, including any reason beyond the Organizer's control that distorts or affects performance, safety, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct.
      4. Engage third parties to organize the conduct of the Affiliate Program.
   2. The Organizer of the Affiliate Program is obliged:
      1. Credit bonuses to the Participants of the Affiliate Program who fulfilled all conditions of this Affiliate Program.
   3. The Organizer of the Affiliate Program is not liable to the Participants:
      1. For non-performance (untimely performance) by the Participants of their obligations provided by the present Rules.
      2. Malfunctions of communication operators, which directly serve the Participants, system failures, and other technical problems of the Internet provider.
      3. For the accuracy of personal data and information provided by the Participants.
      4. For force majeure circumstances.
3. AFFILIATE PROGRAM RULES
   1. The referral promo code owner sends the promo code to Internet users who are not previously registered with IDENTORY.
   2. An Internet user not previously registered with IDENTORY registers with IDENTORY and applies the referral promo code at payment section (the "Referral").
   3. For each activated Referral, the Referral Holder will receive 15% of the spent funds of the referred Referral in IDENTORY app.
   4. Bonuses are awarded immediately after payment confirmation.
   5. Bonuses are credited in the "Affiliate Program" section of IDENTORY app.
   6. Bonuses received by the Referral Promo Code Holder cannot be transferred to another IDENTORY account.
   7. Bonuses can be spent to pay for IDENTORY subscription or can be withdrawn if the amount is equal to or more than 50.
   8. In case of bonus withdrawal, the commission of the selected payment system is additionally deducted.
   9. In order to use the bonuses it is necessary to create a ticket in the Support section of IDENTORY application specifying the amount, payment system and wallet address in case of withdrawal, or specifying the amount and tariff plan in order to spend the bonuses on subscription.
   10. All applications for the usage of bonus funds are reviewed within 24 hours. In some individual cases, the review period may be extended to 3 to 7 days at the discretion of the Organizer.
4. PROHIBITED METHODS OF USING THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM
   1. Spamming using affiliate program code.
   2. Creation of fraud requests using organizations' contacts without a client's consent.
   3. Creating requests on behalf of companies, agencies or a group of partners where the Referral Promo Code Holder is an employee or other kind of participant.
   4. The use of the words "official", "authorized" ("authorised") and their derivatives in the text of advertising materials.
   5. Using the information from the Website or from the Organizer’s official social media communities (e.g. by copying posts) without reference to the original source is prohibited.
   6. Using the information (text and/or pictures) with questionable content (dark humor, "below the belt" humor, profanity, etc.) with reference to IDENTORY, the Organizer and/or the Affiliate Program is prohibited. The final decision on the questionable character of the content rests at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
   7. The IDENTORY logos or their elements (including styles/colors/images) cannot be used either in the logo of another entity or in promoting another entity’s goods and/or services.
